Shipping and returns

All orders are processed and shipped after receipt of payment.

The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Shipping costs are free for all orders over 49.00 euros within Germany. For orders under 49.00 euros, the cost for standard shipping is

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website.  

5. Return shipping

In the event of a return, the goods must be sent within 14 days of delivery. The return costs depend on the respective item.

6. Damaged or lost items

If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work together to find a quick solution, either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement.

7. Customs and import taxes

Please note that customers may be responsible for paying any customs or import taxes that may be charged on international orders.
